Scheduling - I release the next months schedule on the morning of the 10th of each month. I do this so that my schedule is not fully booked so far in advance, in hopes that you are able to find a space. If you are unable to find a time that suits you please put your name on my WAITLIST for future openings! And with your name on my waitlist, I know that you are out there! Alternatively please send me an email. As the schedule does book up quickly, this may be a suitable option.

Please note that Creston does not acknowledge daylight savings, and all scheduled appointments are in Creston time. (MST)

Location - 223 16 Ave N Above the Family Practice Building - North Entrance. Suite 3a

Pricing is as follows. I am able to direct bill through insurance companies, and accept cash or email money transfers. Credit card on file has a 2.5% fee when used.

I do not currently work with ICBC.

45 Minutes - 100$ 60 Minutes - 126$ 75 Minutes - 157$ 90 Minutes - 190$

Please fill out the health screening form, that is emailed to you prior to your appointment. If you are feeling unwell, or feel you are at risk of contact with someone who is sick, please inform me as soon as you can and stay home. Late cancellation fees will be waved in this circumstance.

Please arrive only a few minutes early to reduce the number of people in the waiting room.
